Empaths classes
The “Energy Essentials for Empaths” classes are a series of three one-day modules empowering empaths with the tools and awareness needed to become more comfortable with their energetic abilities.Take one, two, or all three!
Module 1 – The Basics
- connecting to Mother Earth and grounding
- the Recipe, a tool to start the day centered and aligned
- working with a body protector power animal to strengthen the energy field
- tools for healthy energetic boundaries
Module 2 – Self Care for Empaths
- neutral compassion and holding space
- tools for supporting others without taking on their energy
- identifying and releasing limiting agreements
- tools for cleansing after picking up heavy energy
Module 3 – Being Sovereign
- maintaining seniority when under stress
- exploring connection to personal power
- journey to the Lower World for body armor
- shadow work and taking responsibility for how our energy affects others
Module 1 is a pre-requisite for Modules 2 and 3. Modules 2 and 3 may be taken in either order. Modules 2 and 3 may be completed in future series. Each module is $200.
The empaths modules are offered both over Zoom and in-person at a B&B in rural Mazomanie, WI.

New class offering for practitioners
The “Energy Essentials for Practitioners” class is a one-day Zoom class that teaches energy hygiene skills for working with clients. Shamanic practitioners who are empathic and highly sensitive to energy face additional challenges when working with dark or heavy energy. Out of necessity, we must train ourselves to create strong, clear energetic boundaries in order to avoid taking on energy that could be detrimental to our well-being. This class is a pre-requisite for the Compassionate Depossession and Curse Unraveling class and the Ancestral Healing Practitioner Program. It is also appropriate for energy workers to who routinely encounter dark and heavy energy in their practice and wish to work with it safely.Ready to enroll in the “Energy Essentials for Practitioners” class?
