Someone recently asked how they would know if they needed a compassionate depossession.

A compassionate depossession is indicated when an additional soul is residing in the energy field of a living human. This lost soul is a “suffering being,” because by staying here in the Middle World after their death they remain trapped in the pain and suffering of their lifetime.

Compassionate depossession is a gentle technique that lovingly aids the suffering being in opening their heart, letting go of their pain, then releasing and crossing to the light.

Here are the most common signs of having a suffering being (also sometimes referred to as having an attachment):

* being consistently tired and drained of energy

* disturbed sleep patterns and/or nightmares

* visitations during the night (which might include frequent dreams about a departed loved one)

* feeling unlike yourself

* experiencing overwhelming emotion with no apparent cause

* sudden personality changes

* a sense of someone else being with you in your body

* unexplained skin rashes

* physical symptoms unsupported by medical testing (i.e. the doctor runs tests but doesn’t find anything wrong)

* experiencing paranormal activity in your home (including hearing footsteps, things falling off shelves, doors shutting or opening on their own, electronics such as TVs or radios spontaneously turning on, etc.)

* getting anxious reading this information

Many of these symptoms might also point to other energetic imbalances, but if you are experiencing discomfort and several of these signs are present, you may have a suffering being with you. Please reach out if you need assistance – support is available.

I first trained with Betsy Bergstrom, the shamanic healer who developed the compassionate depossession technique, in March 2008. My helping spirits have led me deeper into this practice and guided me in holding larger and larger fields of love and compassion. This work is part of my purpose in this lifetime.

This work is real, and it matters.
