What breath teaches us
Our breath reminds us of the true meaning of being in the moment.With each in breath, we’re reminded that everything we need in that moment is there for us.With each out breath, we’re reminded that each moment is a new beginning, independent of all that came before, and that each exhale is an invitation to let go of anything which no longer serves us.The next time you feel fear, anxiety or worry, pause to breathe and be in the moment.
